Tim Alexander is an experienced trial attorney and former senior law enforcement executive whose practice draws on more than three decades of public service, litigation, and investigative leadership. He joined PRB Attorneys at Law in July 2025, bringing a depth of experience that is particularly valuable in defending public entities, law enforcement officers, employers, and other institutional clients.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Alexander served for many years with the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, retiring as Captain of County Detectives. Mr. Alexander’s legal career spans the public and private sectors. He has served as a trial attorney at respected law firms in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has previously held positions with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the Philadelphia Law Department’s Civil Rights Division. His combined litigation and investigative background enables him to approach matters strategically, with a strong appreciation for risk management and effective courtroom advocacy.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law, his M.B.A. with High Honors from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, and his B.S. in Business Management, summa cum laude, from Drexel University. He also earned a Global Management Certification from the Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Alexander is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
