Labor Law
PRB Attorneys provides counsel to employers on the complex issues arising in traditional labor law, such as negotiating union contracts, responding to union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, strike and picket line issues, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. We also have experience defending and prosecuting labor law cases in state and federal courts.
