Litigation.  PRB Attorneys have vast experience in employment law litigation.  We vigorously advocate on behalf of our clients, inform our clients of their options, and explain legal terminology and complex legal concepts.  We work with our clients to collaboratively map strategies to defeat  claims.  Unlike other law firms, PRB Attorneys instructs clients as to the proper action to be taken after complaints are files in order to prevent subsequent legal action.

Labor Law

PRB Attorneys provides counsel to employers on the complex issues that arise in the area of traditional labor law such as negotiating union contracts, responding to union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, labor arbitration, strike and picket line issues, as well as proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.  Our team has experience in defending and prosecuting labor law cases in state and federal courts.

Municipal Law

 PRB Attorneys has extensive experience in the general representation of municipal and county governmental units, as well as quasi-governmental entities.  We serve as municipal attorneys as well as labor and employment and workers’ compensation counsel for government entities.  We currently represent several large and small municipalities in matters involving labor and employment law, workers’ compensation, commercial litigation, O.P.R.A, and tort defense.

Our attorneys are qualified to draft and negotiate a wide range of legal instruments needed by municipalities including proposed legislation, ordinances, resolutions, as well as the creation and revision of the internal policies and bylaws.

PRB Attorneys are well versed in conducting workplace investigations on behalf of municipalities and have successfully litigated federal and state court cases involving Civil Rights, including liability claims for violations of the Federal and New Jersey State Constitution, and matters involving police search and seizure and excessive use of force.  Our team also handles employment discrimination, sexual harassment, defamation, and wrongful discharge for municipal clients.
